A photo I took in Napa Valley sometime November 2005 made it to up-and-coming travel guide you can find here.
Gives one pause as to the power of photography. At least in real estate, superior photography is of the utmost importance. Why? Because a picture truly is worth a thousand words. The coup de coeur that people often describe is better captured in a photograph than in words, and no matter how crafty a wordsmith, the visual reigns supreme in the world of MLS.
Ask yourself the next time you surf mls.ca- which agent’s photography grabs you the most- and wouldn’t you want to hire them instead of that guy who makes do with dark, blurry photos taken with a point-and-shoot or <shudder> a camera phone?
Food for thought. In the meantime, if you’re interested in hearing about mar-vo’s photography philosophy, drop us a line at info@mar-vo.com.
