And that’s where this blog comes in. Its name is a tongue-in-cheek reference to an often-overused expression real estate agents in Québec use in describing their properties. We love it as a title, but we’re never using it in our own listings.

Mar-vo’s team of agents write this blog collaboratively, in both French and English, to keep our readers informed of the comings and goings of the Western Laval area, its neighborhoods, popular spots, issues affecting them and of course, keeping a pulse on our local market’s health.
