Maria Vourakis
An agent since 1981, Maria possesses a passion for real estate and unparalleled business acumen. As a young upstart with an accounting background, she worked at a couple of traditional, franchise-based brokerages, and decided to branch out on her own. In 1983, she thus formed Mar-Vo Realties Inc. Since then, Maria has cut her teeth in the Laval and Montreal areas in both residential and commercial real estate, and has vast experience in retail commercial leasing.

Carole Gervais
Après avoir élevé deux fils adultes, globe trottant le monde avec son mari et étant une grand-mère récente de la charmante petite Florence, les affinités de Carole pour la vie de famille l’a conduite dans le monde de l’immobilier. Se rapportant au vieil adage qui dit ‘ chez-soi c’est là ou le cœur est’, Carole cherche à trouver pour ses clients l’enclave parfaite pour leurs familles. La connaissance de Carole de la communauté de Laval est étendue, après avoir travaillé en tant qu’administratrice dans une commission scolaire pendant plusieurs années. Un agent immobilier affilié récemment certifié, Carole a joint l’équipe Mar-Vo et sert la région de Laval, et plus spécifiquement son voisinage dans la ville de Ste-Dorothée.
